Shipping Policy

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time is usually 3 days. Please keep in mind that the COVID-19 pandemic may cause shipping delays.

Products shipped from outside the UK are subject to shipping costs shown at the checkout. Shipping times are usually 7-10 days but maybe longer depending upon the postal systems in the delivery location.

 

Returns Policy

When you receive your purchase, please examine it carefully.

Sorry, due to the nature of our buying cycle we do not accept order cancellations or offer returns and exchanges, unless something is wrong with your order.

DO NOT RETURN YOUR ORDER WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST

Please let us know within 7 days of receipt. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Please ensure all returned items are tracked. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in return transit.

Payment Methods

We strive to provide you with a flawless shopping experience. We currently run all payments via PayPal through a secure SSL check out - please be sure to see a confirmation email for your order to verify it has been processed.

 

VAT

VAT is added at the checkout and shown at the prevailing rate. 

 

Quality Control

All products are carefully inspected before being packaged. Each product will be checked again prior to shipping to ensure the product still meets these standards after having been sized or custom ordered.

 

Split Orders

Please note not all products come from the same location. If all the items on an order are not available to ship from one location we will, at no cost to you, fulfill the order from multiple locations. When this occurs you will receive a shipment confirmation email with multiple tracking numbers. Items may not arrive at he same time.

 

Product Availability

Products are sourced from a wide range of suppliers across Europe all using different inventory software. Whilst we constantly update out systems, we cannot guarantee any product shown for sale will always be in stock. If a product is on back order, we will let you know as soon as possible. If a product in no longer available and you have passed the checkout stage we will issue a refund.
